Association of European Airlines Confirm Support of AVM Summit Europe
Following the recent announcement of the 3rd AVM Summit Europe which will be held in London, UK on 21st and 22nd January 2014, the Association of European Airlines has confirmed its support and presence at the event.
The Association of European Airlines brings together the major European airlines as the trusted voice of the European airline industry. Based on its extensive knowledge of the industry, AEA is an essential industry platform and is relied upon by policy-makers as a trustworthy contributor to the debates around the decision-making process.
One of these methods of debate comes through regular working group meetings and the AEA will be hosting their annual AEA Engineering & Maintenance Sub Committee working group during the AVM Summit in London on January 21st.
The AVM Summit Europe is where the region’s MRO industry of airlines, maintenance companies, parts manufacturers and regulatory bodies will meet for its annual convening for discussing aviation maintenance issues and challenges facing the industry.
Vincent De Vroey, General Manager Technical & Operations, Association of European Airlines, said, “The AEA is delighted to be supporting the AVM Summit Europe in January 2014. We work together with the institutions of the European Union and other stakeholders in the value chain to ensure the sustainable growth of the European airline industry in a global marketplace, and the opportunity to continue these debates with industry experts at the AVM Summit Europe will greatly contribute to these discussions.”
